  I only wish I had moved out to Vacaville many years ago and met Dr. DeNapoli. He's the best doc I've ever had. He's down to earth, has a great sense of humor, he's very knowledgeable and approachable. Most importantly, HE LISTENS!! You're not treated like just another body passing through. If you have legit pain, he does everything to find the origin/problem and fix it. He doesn't treat you like you're making it up to get meds. I'm very comfortable with him and enjoy our visits. I'd give him 10 stars if it were an option.
  
  I didn't, however, appreciate the little Asian "lady" that was shadowing him at my last visit in January 2017 (she is in training). When I commented about my weight and wanting to lose some pounds, she commented, "Stop eating!". Not cool. She apparently needs to learn about compassion and the whole "bedside manner" thing that hopefully she will acquire hanging out with Dr. DeNapoli.
  SHE gets zero stars and whe won't be allowed in my room at my next visit.
  
  All of the front counter staff on the 3rd floor in Family Practice are wonderful. They're very friendly and get you checked in quickly. Dr. DeNapoli's assistants (like Catherine) - wonderful as well.
  I really have no complaints about Sutter. The facility is clean and everyone is professional and friendly.
