  When I first moved into one of their condos there was a lot of cleaning that should have been done and Garland Dunham said that they would clean the place before we moved in. She however did not. When we moved in there was still nicotine stains on the walls, mold throughout the condo, everything was filthy, the carpets smelt like urine, and many things were broken.
  
  Even though she had said she would fix these things before we moved in she did not, and is now trying to say that we caused all the damage and that we are responsible for the repairs. After contacting the health department and better business bureau she was forced to fix many things, but still refuses to fix many more, and wants use to reimburse her for the things she did fix.
  
  Just resent she had someone graffiti the area in which we live, blaming it on us. We received a letter saying that there was graffiti in the pool area on the 20th, but there was not I got to the pool every day. There was not even graffiti that morning we received the letter, only after we received the letter did any graffiti show up. Now we are expected to repaint the pool area or we have 3 days to move out. You have to give someone 30 days to move out.
  
  You might ask why don't we leave, well she flat out told us that she wont break our lease and that she would rather evict us.
  
  DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GARLAND DUNHAM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

  I've been dealing with lots of realty / landlords, Dunham Realty are exceptional, excellent customer service, prompt repair service if there is any repair to be done in your house they will get it done promptly. They will work with you once you are truthful with them. I've been recommending them to my friends and family so far they've been pleased with their service as I am pleased with their service.
