  Would have gotten a much higher rating, however, the person who was working there and filling the table with fresh spoons had dropped one on the floor and then picked it up and put it back into the holder with the rest of the "clean'' spoons. When I saw the spoon hit the floor I watched to see if this is kind of thing would actually happen and was floored when it did.
